The available room is a furnished single bedroom, and the house also has a lovely internal garden 🌿 📍 Location 10 minute walk to Beekkant metro 5 minute walk to buses 89 and 86, and tram 82 20 minute walk to Dansaert 💸 Rent €540/month, expenses included Bills and Wi-Fi included 🗓 Available from mid-April (latest move in date: May) A little about me: I’m 26, from Italy, and I work remotely. I speak English and Italian, love spending some weekends painting, and enjoy making the house feel clean and welcoming. I’m sociable and always happy to chat or share time together, but I also really value personal space and downtime. I’m looking for someone easygoing who’d be a good fit for the house and its vibe.
