Hello, A large bedroom (15 m²) is available in this furnished shared house in Uccle – Saint-Job. Two smaller bedrooms (± 9 m²) will also become available in September. The house is located in a quiet residential area on the Avijl plateau, 10 minutes from Saint-Job train station (direct connection with Schuman station) and close to several other public transport options, including bus lines 60 and 37. The house includes 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a garage, and most importantly, a beautiful garden to enjoy during the summer. The other two rooms are currently rented by researchers until the end of September. The rooms, as well as the rest of the house, are fully furnished. The large bedroom can accommodate a couple (utilities will be adjusted accordingly). The rent is €650 for the large room and €500 for the smaller rooms, all utilities included.
