EU Quarter Homes is a listing and advertising platform. We publish rental listings on behalf of landlords and provide tools for tenants to discover and contact them directly.

EU Quarter Homes does not act as a real estate agent or intermediary, does not represent either party in any rental transaction, and is not party to any rental agreement concluded between landlords and tenants.

All rental contracts are negotiated and signed directly between landlord and tenant. EU Quarter Homes is not responsible for the content of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any rental transaction.
