We are renting out our much-loved family home in Uccle as we are moving to a new house nearby. The house is available from around 1 October, but we are flexible on the exact moving-in date. We are also flexible on whether the house is rented fully furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best for the tenants. The house was fully renovated around four years ago and is in very good condition. Since the current PEB was issued, further improvements have also been made, including insulation works and solar panels, so the real day-to-day energy costs are much lower than the official PEB may suggest.
