Bright and cozy room in shared apartment

This bright and cozy room will be available from 1st of July in an international colocation in central Brussels! The apartment is in the center of the EU-area, a few minutes walking distance from both the maelbeek and Schuman metro stations, and only 10 minutes from the center of Brussels by metro! The apartment has 3 rooms in total, and we are ideally looking for a female roommate. The room itself has a separate shower room and toilet which are both shared with 1 other person. The room is rented furnished. The apartment has a fully equipped, shared kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment! There is also ample storage both in the apartment and in a separate storage room. Domiciliation is possible. We are looking for someone to stay for at least 6 months, with the possibility to stay more long-term as well. The room itself is 9 m2, but the apartment is 107 m2 in total + a balcony of 15 m2!
