Kathleen began her career at the European Commission before working in environmental policy, corporate public affairs, and regulatory strategy, including leadership roles in multinational companies and as founder of NOVO MUNDO INC. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Sussex, a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a postgraduate qualification in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to strengthening international partnerships, fostering sustainable economic growth, and creating meaningful opportunities between Europe and Portuguese-speaking markets.
