The room is fully furnished and equipped with quality upholstered Bedding, Working desk, Lightings, Storage space, TV screen, Fan, Wall-mounted Hair-Dryer. The room is located at the First Floor (we have 2 rooms on each floor). It shares a shower room (1 at each floor, we have 1 shared bathroom for 2 rooms) and a (separate) toilet. The rent is all charges included (Electricity, Gas, Water, High-Speed Internet, Television, and weekly cleaning of the common areas). Shared spaces are at the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, Dining room, Living room with TV and Netflix, Working area, Courtyard and Washing-Drying machines at the basement.
