Room in bright and spacious house near Chatelain/Bailli (2 bedroom house)

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a beautiful and spacious house on Rue Américaine, ideally a young professional aged 26–32. The house is perfectly located near Châtelain and Bailli, with excellent public transport connections. Tram lines 81, 92, and 93, as well as buses 54 and 96, are just around the corner. Bus 38-60 (towards Schuman/Ambiorix) is about a 10-minute walk away. The house is shared by two people and offers plenty of space. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance area with room for coats, shoes, and bikes. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, etc.) and a spacious living room with a small balcony overlooking the street. On the top floor, you'll find the two bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. The available room is very bright and comes with plenty of storage space. It is currently furnished with a bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. We also each have our own wardrobe in the hallway. However, you're welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer—the existing furniture can be removed. The house also has a an extra separate WC and a washing machine/dryer. A little about me: I'm Julia, 27 years old. I'm Spanish and was born and raised in Brussels, so I speak French, Spanish, and English fluently. I am currently undergoing a career change into the field of education :) I'm looking for someone clean, considerate, and friendly—someone who enjoys sharing the occasional meal, chat, or movie night, while also respecting each other's independence and personal space. Rent is 769€ (rent, house insurance, internet) + 86€ provisional charges (electricity, gas & water), 855€ in total. Looking for someone to enter from 1st of August, September 1st at the latest.
