Apartment is located in Ixelles, shared with 5 young international professionals, in lovely area with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around. ⏰ It takes 15 minutes by walk to get to European institutions. 🛏️ Room is big fully furnished, with many storage places, desk and a double bed. Window is located towards a quiet street. 🛁🚽 Bathroom shared with only 1 tenant (+professionally cleaned regularly). Bathroom is located right next to the room. ❗️Minimum stay: 6 MONTHS (or if you find replacement for yourself, can stay shorter)
