Furnishing: The room is left semi-furnished (the bed, mattress, and a couple of furniture pieces will stay). Bathroom: Shared with only one other person (equipped with both a shower and a bathtub). Common areas: Huge living room, separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. 💰 Costs & Expenses Rent: €826.50/month (includes building charges and heating). Utilities: Excluded (electricity, water, and WiFi). The total estimated cost is around €850/month all-inclusive.
